Event info
OUT GYM X is a fitness race that fuses strength and endurance into one intense format. You work a station, run 40 metres and repeat that 6 times without a break. No hiding, no tactics. Just you, the course and the timer.
You cover a total of 240 metres of running, spread across 6 functional exercise stations. Every metre counts, every second makes a difference.
This is not CrossFit. This is not a marathon. This is the ultimate test of a complete hybrid competitor.
The race is open to everyone who wants to test their limits — from experienced competitors to recreational athletes. Weights are scaled to the category, but the challenge is the same for everyone.
6 functional stations. 6 runs.

OUT GYM X is for anyone who wants to test their limits — from experienced competitors to recreational athletes. You don't need to be "completely ready" to take part. The whole point of the race is to step outside your comfort zone and find out what you're actually capable of. Weights are scaled to the category, but the race format is the same for everyone.
With your entry you receive: a timing chip for time tracking, official results and a ranking, a race t-shirt, professional photos from the event, access to the athlete zone with refreshments and recovery space, and a finisher patch as proof of completion.
Yes. The top 3 competitors in each category win prizes.
No. OUT GYM X is not a "fun run" or a typical fitness event. There are no participation medals, promotional goody bags or distractions. The focus is purely on performance, results and personal challenge.
No. All exercises are technically straightforward and safe to perform. But you do need to be ready to work under fatigue and not quit.
Average finish times are between 10 and 15 minutes. The fastest competitors finish under 10 minutes, while slower athletes finish around 13 minutes.
You can. But the atmosphere, the crowd and the energy of the event often push competitors all the way to the finish.
