OUT GYM X is a fitness event organized by TRENING.ZD. By participating in the event, every participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Registration for the event is done exclusively via the official website. A spot at the event is secured only after a successful payment.

Capacity is limited and the organizer reserves the right to close registrations once all slots are filled.

By purchasing an entry, the participant accepts that:

• the entry fee is non-refundable
• no refund can be requested in case of withdrawal

The organizer reserves the right to:

• change the date
• change the time
• change the location
• amend the race format

in case of unfavorable weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

The participant takes part in the event at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for:

• injuries
• health issues
• loss or damage of personal belongings

The participant confirms that they:

• are physically and medically fit to participate
• have no medical contraindications for intense physical activity

Participants are required to:

• respect all race rules
• follow the instructions of judges and the organizer

The judge has the final decision in all situations on the course.

A participant may be disqualified in case of:

• rule violations
• unsporting conduct
• skipping stations

The participant consents that the organizer may use:

• photographs
• video material

for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

The organizer is not responsible for changes or cancellation of the event in case of:

• weather hazards
• safety reasons
• other extraordinary circumstances

• Payment is processed online via the website
• Registration is valid only after a successful payment
• Refunds are not possible
• Transferring an entry to another person is allowed only with the organizer's approval
